In a semi-private duet session we will create a personalized workout to address both your individual needs. Our customized session will begin with a postural assessment and discussion about your individual goals. Our highly trained instructors will lead you through thoughtful sequences utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment and props to help you become in tune with your body and progress your results.
