Before participating in our group Pilates apparatus classes, this is a requirement for those new to the studio or people with little to no experience on the Pilates equipment. This also allows us to assess which group classes would be the best fit for you.
In a private session we will create a personalized workout to address your individual needs. Our customized session will begin with a postural assessment and discussion about your individual goals. Our highly trained instructors will lead you through thoughtful sequences utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment and props to help you become in tune with your body and progress your results.
