We are a boutique Pilates studio that focuses on personalized private / small group training and we have 2 locations.
Studio in CLOVERDALE is located at Unit 201 - 5627 176A ST. Directly across from the library.
Studio in ABBOTSFORD is located at Unit 38 in West Oaks Mall on 32700 S Fraser Way.

When you book a private session with us, we will create a personalized lesson plan to address your individual needs.
IF you are under the weather, we encourage you to stay home. Please delete your reservation as soon as you can, we require a minimum of 18 hours notice to cancel your session without charge.
