This pass Is offered to all new clients and you will learn about the Pilates principles and the fundamental movements on the Pilates Reformer. By the end of 4 sessions, you’ll be ready for the next level of group classes.
Please note, because these classes are offered at a discount, there are NO make up's available if you miss a class.
*Bring a friend! Minimum of 3, maximum 4 persons per class in Abbotsford and maximum of 6 persons per class in Cloverdale.*
