This class runs between a slow to medium pace to give more time for precision of movement and modifications. 

We recommend this group for beginners and clients looking for a slower paced group; ideal as a recovery class.

This group is also suitable for clients who are limited in their range of motion or experiencing stiffness or degeneration in their joints or bone structure.

The private introductory package or 5-sessions fundamental series is required prior to joining these classes and if you wish to drop in, it's based on space availability.

These classes are all pre-registered. If the class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist for that time slot and you will receive an email from Punchpass when a space becomes available.
