Our men’s Pilates group focuses on counteracting common imbalances found in men’s typical training programs.
Men might find that their muscles tend to be a little tighter than women's, especially in the hips and hamstrings, but modifications allow the Pilates method to meet the needs of all our clients.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience on the Pilates equipment and have completed the introductory private package or 5-sessions fundamental series to join this level class.
These classes are all pre-registered. If the class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist for that time slot and you will receive an email from Punchpass when a space becomes available.
If you wish to drop in, it's based on space availability.
