This class runs between a slow to medium pace to give more time for precision of movement and modifications. Excellent for beginners and clients looking for a slower paced group and ideal as a recovery class or cross-training complement.
The private introductory package or 5-sessions fundamental series is required prior to joining these classes and if you wish to drop in, it's based on space availability.
