This class runs at a slower pace to give more time for precision of movement and modifications. This group is suitable for beginners and clients who are looking for a slower paced group focusing on the foundations of breath work and core connection.
At this level, clients are learning to activate their core and isolate movements independently in different parts of the body.

The private introductory package is encouraged prior to joining these classes and if you wish to drop in, it's based on space availability.
