Our Essentials Mat Pilates class is a low-impact, full-body exercise utilizing only a mat and body weight, focusing on functional movement techniques. 

The exercises reinforce core stability, enhance flexibility, and improve posture, emphasizing  controlled movements and mental focus.

***Suitable for all fitness levels, participants without major injuries, slip discs or medical conditions.
