Unlimited Group Membership
This membership is charged based on a 4-week auto convenience payment.
Your pass will become active upon your first class attendance and be renewed every 28 days on your credit card.
Prior to joining our membership group classes, you are required to complete the introductory private package or 4-sessions fundamental series.
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
- Your unlimited membership gives you 4 standing reservations each week, which means you are automatically booked into that specific class time on a weekly basis.
- This membership gives you unlimited access to drop into all group classes, based on space availability and is not guaranteed.
- We have an 18 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations outside of this time will be marked as a late cancel and a $10 fee will be charged to your card on file.
- All class cancellations and changes are done by the client through Punchpass.
- Membership pauses are available for a $25 fee and the membership can be paused between 1 to 4 weeks
- We require 30 days notice to cancel a membership.
For a membership pause 2 steps are required by the client:
- A minimum 7 days notice by email only to [email protected] with the subject box 'membership pause' or notify us in person.
- Clients are required to delete their class reservations on Punchpass before we enable the membership pause.
