Our instructors in training have completed a comprehensive training program over the last year. 

They have more than 6 months of in-house training and have passed the examination process to teach these classes. They are now working towards accruing their teaching hours for graduation. 

We recommend that you have some experience on the reformer equipment and strongly urge that you do not join these classes if you have major injuries, recent surgeries or major health concerns.

These classes are offered at a discount as the instructor is still in training. 

Price listed is per person and includes 5% GST.
