**The introductory group classes are suitable for participants without major injuries or medical conditions.
Our 4-sessions foundation series is offered at a discounted group rate, which is perfect if you are new to our studio, or have never worked on the Pilates equipment and private sessions are not in your budget.
There are maximum 5 people in the group and the series will begin with a postural assessment and discussion about your individual goals, you will learn about the Pilates principles and the fundamental movements on the Pilates Reformer.
By the end of these 4 sessions, you will notice improved abdominal endurance, flexibility and balance. You will also have an increased awareness of alignment and basic understanding of how to properly engage your intrinsic core muscles.
