The introductory sessions will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourselves with the equipment and understand the fundamental movements of Pilates; as well as to give us a chance to understand your capabilities and limitations.
**The introductory group classes are suitable for participants without major injuries or medical conditions.
Our introductory group series (maximum 5) will begin with a postural assessment and discussion about your individual goals, you will learn about the Pilates principles and the fundamentals of the Pilates Reformer.
By the end of this 4 sessions your body will feel longer, stronger, more supple and you will have an increased awareness of alignment and basic understanding of how to properly engage your intrinsic core muscles.
We require pre-payment for all sessions, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the first session to hold your spot.
